Ultra-high power fiber lasers are subject to foreign countries, and many key technologies are known as throats.

Industrial lasers are classified according to their output power: low-power lasers below 100W, medium-power lasers of 100W-2000W, high-power lasers of 2000W-10000W, and ultra-high power lasers of over 10,000W. High-power and ultra-high-power fiber lasers, which are the core of laser processing equipment, have many application requirements in the fields of automobile manufacturing, aircraft manufacturing, energy, machinery manufacturing, metallurgy, rail transit construction, scientific research, etc., but high-power and ultra-high-power fibers. Lasers have relied on foreign manufacturers for many years, and they have always been subject to control in terms of product diversification, supporting maintenance, cost reduction, stable production, and comprehensive competitiveness.

In recent years, some domestic research institutes have revealed experimental results of 10,000-watt continuous lasers, and the overall power level is still limited to 15000W.

In the review meeting, the expert group believes that the multi-mode laser output power of Maxphotonics is 25000W, the beam quality is high and the performance is stable; the laser output head adopts double-layer sealed circulating water cooling technology, and the return light elimination ratio is >80%; Excellent beam and water cooling process, the highest temperature point temperature rise gradient <1.5 °C / KW, continuous industrial production, is conducive to the further development and application of products.

Maxphotonics successfully solved the problem that the output high beam quality high-power laser synthesis unit is difficult to manufacture, the ultra-multi-beam laser high-efficiency coupling, the tens of megawatt laser coupling output is easy to be distorted, and the backward reflection of the workpiece causes the laser to burn out, thus breaking through the problem. Develop bottlenecks for tens of megawatt-class fiber lasers with high power, high brightness, and long-term performance.

The key indicators of the inspection projects of relevant institutions have met or exceeded the relevant standards, and can be applied in the fields of cutting, welding, surface treatment, etc., and the market prospect is broad. At present, the project has obtained 9 national authorized patents, and related products and process technologies have reached the international advanced level. After a comprehensive review by the expert group, the participating experts unanimously agreed that the “Ultra High Power 25000W Multimode Continuous Fiber Laser” project passed the evaluation of scientific and technological achievements.

At the same time, Maxphotonics other project “High-power 4000W single-module continuous fiber laser” also successfully passed the evaluation of scientific and technological achievements.

 

 

It can be mass-produced, the first domestic industrial laser that has passed the national certification and can be cut off from the laboratory.

Maxphotonics ultra-high power 25000W multimode continuous fiber laser was pre-researched in June 2017. It has entered the stage of small batch trial production. Its industrial cutting power has reached the highest in China, and the maximum cutting thickness has reached 110mm. The feedback from the city interview machine is good. Mass production status.

The relevant performance indicators have filled the domestic gap, the industrial cutting power has reached the highest in China, and the comprehensive technology has reached the international advanced level.
